I visited Kira on a Saturday morning about 30 minutes after they opened. I was surprised that my friend and I were the first and only people in the restaurant. However, this restaurant tends to fill up and become lively as the day goes on. I was satisfied with my experience at Kira. It's not my favorite hibachi restaurant, but it's definitely good. They also give you SO MUCH food. Even when I order food to go, the portions are the exact same. For most hibachi lunch or dinners you get both noodles and fried rice. However, I tend to opt out of the noodles for extra rice. Even though it was only two of us at the table, our chef still included all the fun tricks that would be expected for a full party. Lastly, Kira probably has the best Lobster Rangoons that I've ever tasted. Mark my words, I will order the Lobster Rangoons every time I dine there. Overall, I give Kira 4 stars because they understand the assignment. Keep your customers happy with friendly service, serve fresh and hot food, and provide them with an entertaining dining experience. Definitely give Kira a try if you haven't already!
First time there...food was amazing, portions are huge, service was good...the problem started when I cashed out my $98 tab and got the notice on my phone I was charged $114 and the Server or the Manager couldn't give me an explanation of why and as I was talking to them another charge of $98 was taken out! still no explanation except I have to wait 48 hours to "see" if it's refunded!!!
The only hibachi near that has yum yum sauce! Service was fast and the servings were big! I like the decor inside.
Food portions was great! Service was good wasn't busy Saturday at 6pm. We had to wait until on everyone arrived to be seated. Only gave 4 stars because Women restroom was disgusting.
Everything was spot on--food, service, and atmosphere. I'm honestly baffled that they only have 3.5 stars. People are really missing out! The interior is clean and stylish, the staff was respectful and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious--absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely be coming back! Our waiter was on top of it.. my refills came before I was even done with my drink and our food came quickly!
Kira Steakhouse is definitely one of the best hibachi/suchi restaurants in town with high class and excellent service provided. Great for family and friend gatherings.
